Shipping Information

     Temperature extremes encountered during shipping can cause some product's texture to change; however, the effectiveness remains the same. If the product is melted upon arrival, simply put it in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes and it will become firm again. If it is frozen, just wait for it to warm up. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. We issue no refunds. All sales are final.
